Chiropractic Mentoring Program
In 1997, the IPSCA adopted the goal of developing a mentoring system to foster the growth of Chiropractic and support the Chiropractor who wants to practice in Illinois. Mentoring is a means of multiplying, a method that is built on a solid foundation and one that has been proven over the years in other areas of life. Mentoring is a group of persons involved in a process for the purpose of advancing man's progress and growth.
The vision and message of the IPSCA Chiropractor will surely facilitate a person's growth and awareness. Mentoring is the grassroots tool that will get the job done because it will link all of us together who are in spearate fox holes so that we can go on the offensive.
Mentoring Goals:
- Connect new chiropractors/students in Ilinois with IPSCA members.
- Provide information to all Chiropractic Colleges to inform new chiropractors/students planning to practice in Illinois.
- Provide new chiropractors/students with donated equipment to start a practice in Illinois.
- Collect used equipment for use in new practices.
- Provide programs for students to assis in the transition of becoming a practicing chiropractor.
